Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom items may require additional time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
